Intro
I am a Level 3 Support Engineer working in IT for over ten years
already mainly focused on the support field (Installation and
problem-solving by both the hardware and software sides), including user
and client-side support, server support, AV facilities, and some
fundamental network /VOIP support. My working experience and study
fields are somewhat wide because of my working experience and my
interest, though, so it is hard to explain here with a few words
only.
I am not a pro in the programming field, but
I always love to create some tiny tools to help me and other
colleagues' jobs too, usually program in Batch, Shell Script or
Powershell, you may go to my GitHub to
take a look.
Interested in the Cybersecurity Field also,
especially in Red Team Skill, which I still keep learning. It
help a lot with my security blue team knowledge as System Admin and
Linux supporting.
I am a guy crazy into gaming as well,
not just simply playing but also doing some game hacking, console
software & hardware mod, and some retro gaming-related stuff, keep
learning for it and trying to help others who are interested in
this field (in a legal way, of course).
Also a wife lover
who loves cooking and traveling, although I rarely travel compared
to the others due to being poor (LOL).
